Event Venue Cleaning: Before, During, After

Phase 1 — The Pre-Event Reset

• Full venue detail timed for doors-minus-a-few-hours, not the night before (dust resets overnight)
• Restrooms detailed and stocked to 150% of estimated headcount
• Kitchen and green-room service to event-day standard
• Coat check, usher zones, VIP rooms, and entry glass done last, done best

Phase 2 — During the Event

A porter team on the floor is the difference between "flawless" and "the wedding review mentions the restroom": restroom loops on a timer, spill response inside five minutes, discreet trash pulls, and a refresh of high-traffic touchpoints at intermission. Staff dress to the house standard.

Phase 3 — The Recovery Clean

Sunday-morning-after reality: beverage rings on every horizontal surface, floor spills ground in by dancing, glitter as a permanent resident. Recovery cleans run on a known checklist with floor restoration (and often carpet extraction) on rotation so the venue is client-ready by Monday.
